Amanera Resort

Amanera Resort – Private Jet Charter Flights

Overlooking the crescent-shaped Playa Grande beach, Amanera sits atop 60-foot cliffs surrounded by lush jungles and framed by the island’s Cordillera Septentrional mountain range. Located in the Dominican Republic, Amanera is the first golf-integrated Aman property and sits alongside the Playa Grande Golf Course, which boasts the highest number of oceanside holes in the Western Hemisphere.

Due to the remote nature of Amanera, traveling to the resort requires careful planning. When flying commercially or privately to the resort, the two closest airports are Gregorio Luperón International Airport in Puerto Plata (IATA: POP, ICAO: MDPP) and Samaná El Catey International Airport (IATA: AZS, ICAO: MDCY). Both Puerto Plata and Samaná are approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from the resort by car (assuming normal traffic conditions). Amanera currently offers complimentary ground transportation to and from these airports.

Other popular airports in the region include:

Punta Cana International Airport (IATA: PUJ, ICAO: MDPC)

Cibao International Airport, also known as Santiago Airport (IATA: STI, ICAO: MDST)

Las Americas International Airport near Santo Domingo (IATA: SDQ, ICAO: MDSD)

As Amanera’s preferred private jet company, we help prospective guests decide which airport is in their best interest and coordinate ground transportation directly with the resort. RYL Jets does not offer helicopter charters in the Dominican Republic.

Private jet flights are also available from Punta Cana to Puerto Plata as well as any other airport in the Caribbean. We also offer direct private jet flights from the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. RYL Jets is also the preferred private jet company of Amanyara (Turks and Caicos) and we offer private jet charter flights between both sister properties.
